DESCRIPTION:Returning to the beautiful Valentine’s Park this July East London Shakespeare Festival presents… \nA MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAMFamily friendly and suitable for all ages! \nBursting with mischief\, chaos\, romance and magic\, this joyful\, family-friendly outdoor production reimagines Shakespeare’s hilarious comedy with a bold splash of contemporary flair. Escape into the enchanted forest alongside Hermia\, Lysander\, Helena and Demetrius as they get more than they bargained for\, when a vibrant cast of magical woodland fairies take matters into their own hands. \nWith ELSF’s signature high-energy numbers\, slapstick comedy\, and audience participation\, this is Shakespeare for everyone! Alongside a community engagement programme with lots of opportunities to get involved. \nBYO Picnics welcome: gates open an hour before the show\, so bring a picnic\, soak up the atmosphere. There is also a café on-site open throughout the show for refreshments. \nFor younger members of the audience (3+)\, you can also take part in a pre-show ‘flower-fairy’ headband making workshops run by cast members. This is at a small additional charge to show tickets so please add a separate workshop ticket when booking.[vcex_spacing][vcex_heading text=”Terms and Conditions” tag=”h3″][vcex_spacing]IMPORTANT Please bring a print out of your ticket confirmation or be able to show your ticket confirmation on a mobile device on arrival. \nUshers will oversee entrance to the performance venue \nSeating: \nPlease note – this is a ‘Bring your own seating event’ – you are welcome to bring picnic blankets/cushions (to sit on the floor) or outdoor seating/camping chairs. \nHowever\, we do have limited seating available: these will be reserved for those that require them (e.g. senior citizens / those with a disability) and/or on a first come first served basis. DESCRIPTION:Redbridge Creates Presents… Guys and Dolls Jr \nSet in Damon Runyon’s New York City\, Guys and Dolls JR. follows gambler\, Nathan Detroit\, as he tries to find the cash to set up the biggest crap game in town while the authorities breathe down his neck; meanwhile\, his girlfriend and nightclub performer\, Adelaide\, laments that they’ve been engaged for fourteen years without ever getting married. Nathan turns to fellow gambler\, Sky Masterson\, for the dough\, but Sky ends up chasing the straight-laced missionary\, Sarah Brown.
