DESCRIPTION:This year’s Summer Exhibition in the Gallery is on the theme of ‘Metamorphosis: Life cycles\, decay\, transformation and change in nature’. The show is a curated collection of paintings\, sketches\, jewellery\, sculptures\, photographs and basketry. The pieces have been created specifically for this show by Valentines Mansion’s resident artists – and each represents a very different interpretation of the subject matter.
