Choose Your Workshops
Workshops are taking place on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout July and early August. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you wish.
Sessions on Saturdays, 11am – 12.30pm at Redbridge Central Library are:
4 July – Culturally appropriate healthy eating and nutrition
11 July – Active ageing, mobility, and fall prevention
22 July – Dementia awareness and early help seeking
25 July – Financial well-being and cost-of-living support
29 July – Mental well-being, loneliness, and emotional resilience
1 August – Digital inclusion to access NHS services and information
5 August – Unlocking Potential, Inspiring Contribution
Who Can Attend?
Adults aged 50+ from diverse communities who would like to maintain their well-being, build connections and gain practical knowledge to support positive ageing.
Places are free, but booking is essential.
About the Programme
The Living Well, Ageing Well Programme is organised by Emage CIC and funded by the NHS. We are working in partnership with several local delivery organisations to support communities across Redbridge.
