As part of local plans to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III, from February 20th until April 15th we are running a Redbridge’s Got Talent Audition and Live Entertainment Competition Event in Ilford Town Centre.
This innovative experience allow participants across Redbridge to apply to enter a live on stage community talent on the 6th of May for the inIlford Coronation Celebration event. Applicants are welcome from multiple categories including acrobatic acts, alternative dance acts, magicians, choirs, puppeteers, comedians, DJs, dog acts, ventriloquists, singers and musicians.
Contestants will compete to win one of three phenomenal prizes on the 6th of May 2023 at the inIlford Coronation Celebration Event.
Each act competing for 1st, 2nd and 3rd runner up places and a chance to win;

Have you got a talent fit for our inIlford Coronation Celebration Event stage? Then join our talent competition and show us what you’ve got. Applications are open to performers who are resident in Redbridge, aged 5 years and up. This innovative experience lets families across Redbridge apply to enter a talent audition with multiple categories. This is the first step to get on stage to compete with the best of Redbridge.
If you have got what it takes to perform on stage, then apply now! If you can juggle, sing, perform amazing and entertaining acts, this is the place for you!
Important Information about Redbridge's Got Talent Auditions!
Just before you hit the link to take you to the application form, please take a moment to read the details below:
• Applications are open to acrobats, dance, magicians, puppeteers, group with more than 2 singers, choirs, ballet, Bollywood, tap dance, comedians, DJs, MCs, dog, cat, ventriloquists and music acts
• For acts under 18 years old, permission to apply will be sought from a parent/legal guardian
• Please read the Terms & Conditions below before completing the application form. You are required to electronically sign on the application form confirming you have read and agree to the Terms & Condition
Terms and Conditions
Redbridge's Got Talent & inIlford Coronation Celebration Competition Event
1.Applicants must be 5 years and over to apply
2. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
3. Performers will be voted for 1st, second and 3d place by members of our community audience and the event compere
4. There will be three places up for grabs for first, second and third place
5. Decisions in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
6. The winners and contestants agree to the use of his/her/their name in any publicity material.
7. Travel and sustenance costs are not the responsibility of Ilford BID
8. Ilford BID is not responsible for any costs related to the creation of submissions or performances.
9. Ilford BID is not responsible for the acts of any contestants or winners either in the past, present, or future.
10. All attire, performances, language, and public display must be free of profanity and accommodating to a diverse and child friendly audience. Any acts which do not meet these criteria will not be selected and if selected will be instantly disqualified.
11. Participants will commit to promoting the event and driving attendance via their own social media platforms and networks to friends, family, agents, and supporters.
12. Contestants under 18 years of age must also obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian and be accompanied during their audition.
13. Contestants are required to notify the Ilford BID in advance if their acts involve dangerous stunts -- i.e., aerial arts or acrobatics.
14. The Ilford BID is not responsible for any infringement on copyright or plagiarism. The responsibility will sit firmly with the winners of the competition.
15. Acts which contain pyrotechnics, knives, sharp objects or endanger contestants are forbidden.
16. If there are any animals involved in your act, you must be able to show proof that they have received all necessary immunizations required by United Kingdom laws
17. Snakes and other reptiles are not allowed
